A well-established, 30+ year custom manufacturing company is seeking a versatile professional to support both administrative and financial functions within our small but dynamic operation. This full-time role blends general office support with cost accounting responsibilities, ideal for someone experienced in manufacturing and comfortable handling multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement, inventory control, and recordkeeping
- Perform receptionist duties and support employee onboarding & payroll
- Analyze production and product costs to inform business decisions
- Prepare and evaluate financial statements (balance sheet, income, cash flow
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and general accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, inventory
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
