Hanover, MD Job DetailsResponsibilities:

As a Casino Controller, your duties will include:1. Administering and supervising all casino accounting functions.2. Analyzing financial statements and preparing reports formanagement staff and regulatory agencies. 3. Ensuring allaccounting procedures and reporting conform to Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP). 4. Adhering to all Internal ControlPolicies and Procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31 Rules andRegulations. 5. Conducting revenue audits and providingrecommendations for improvements. 6. Working closely with thecasino management team to develop financial strategies and plans.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you should possess thefollowing: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CasinoController or in a similar role. 2. Experience in casino revenueauditing. 3. Extensive knowledge of GAAP, Internal Control Policiesand Procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations.4. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyzefinancial data and prepare financial reports. 5. Strong leadershipand team management skills. 6. Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal. 7. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or arelated field is preferred.
