Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting,and cash management Manage payroll processes and compliance across20 states, preferably with ADP experience Administer 401(k) plansincluding audits and bi-monthly contributions; serve on keyinternal committees Coordinate with external CPAs for tax returns,financial statements, and tax planning Lead month-end and year-endclosings, including journal entries and reconciliations MaintainGAAP compliance and oversee all regulatory and tax filings Monitorfixed assets, depreciation schedules, and disposals Mentor and leada team of three accounting professionals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred Proven experience ina Controller or financial leadership role; agency experience highlypreferred Strong GAAP knowledge and experience in digital/hybridwork environments Proficiency in MS 365 and Google Suite; ADP andAdvantage Software experience a plus Excellent communication andanalytical skills Ability to provide financial insight and supportto executive leadership
