Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of organizational accounting practices. This role will require a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance standards. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Conduct audits to verify financial records and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Utilize accounting software systems and tools, such as Crystal Reports and CRM platforms, to streamline financial processes.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring proper allocation of resources for operational needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and development.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain data integrity.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure organizational compliance. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Controller or similar financial leadership role.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools, including Crystal Reports and CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing practices, and financial regulations.
• Expertise in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting processes and analyze financial data.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
