The Position Responsible for the organization’s, human resources, accounting and financial reporting; Manage cash flow and accounts payable and receivable; Issuing lien waivers and processing subcontractor invoices; Managing and submitting weekly payroll; Reviewing and maintaining timesheets for field managers. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; Develop financial strategies to increase profits; Identify and manage risk; Ensure the company complies with financial regulations and tax laws; Maintain accounting records, including the general ledger, payroll, and taxes; Coordinate audits; Recommend financial performance benchmarks; Experience with Quickbooks and Sage accounting software; Responsible for developing the employee habndbook; Experience with construction companies preferred.
