Job Description

Controller
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in the non-profit industry, located in Charleston, South Carolina. This role encompasses a wide range of tasks including managing accounting functions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and handling financial services.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the entire accounting functions of the organization.
  • Utilize accounting software systems effectively to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Responsible for the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Undertake auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
  • Utilize CRM to manage and maintain customer relationships effectively.
  • Implement and manage budget processes to ensure financial stability.
  • Handle financial services using ADP to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Use 3M for efficient business operations and process management.
  • Utilize Crystal Reports for data interpretation and to guide business decisions.
  • Proficient in using 3M software for data management
  • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial operations
  • Experience with ADP – Financial Services for streamlined payroll and HR services
  • Knowledgeable in using CRM for maintaining relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Ability to generate comprehensive financial reports using Crystal Reports
  • Mastery of all Accounting Functions for accurate financial reporting and analysis
  • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Proficient in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain positive cash flow
  • Strong skills in Auditing to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Familiarity with Budget Processes to effectively allocate resources and control costs
