Controller Bitflow Innovative Group Inc Charleston, SC 29403 Job Overview Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 5 – 7 years of related experience, with a least 3 years in a supervisory role. Professional certifications such as certified bookkeeper or related credentials are a plus. Proven experience in commercial real estate accounting, with familiarity with loan agreements, lease agreements and property management financials. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills Experience preparing multi-entity and intercompany transactions, financial reports, budgets and cash flow projections specific to real estate investments. Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Possesses integrity, honesty, a strong work ethic and a winning attitude.
