CONTROLLER:
General Contractor seeking Controller for residential building developments throughout the
Upstate Qualifications:
5+ Years of financial leadership
CPA preferred
High sense of project management and eye for details
Responsibilities:
Month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close Prepare/review financial statement and cost code variances
budget, re-forecasting, and pro forma preparation, reporting, and analysis at the development and entity level
Maintain and ensure compliance procedures for bank, tax, and insurance
Maintain all insurance policies and requirements
Facilitate home warranty set up and support single family home sale closings
Ad hoc reporting and root cause investigation requests
Point-of-contact for business leaders
Engage in business improvement plans (i.e. supplier contract negotiations, forecasting etc)
