Job Description
Korn Ferry has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a Vice President of Finance and Accounting on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturing group based in South Carolina. This executive will serve as a strategic partner to the General Manager and a key member of the business unit leadership team. The role oversees finance, pricing, and IT, with visibility across the broader enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, pricing, and compliance Drive strategic planning, cost analysis, and performance insights Manage a team of 30 with 5 direct reports Champion process improvements across finance, accounting, and
IT Preferred Experience:
15+ years in progressive finance roles with strong business acumen specific to the manufacturing industry 5+ years of supervisory experience Strong leadership in matrixed environments Ability to distill complex topics crisply into operational terms to effectively drive business decisions Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CMA or CPA or equivalent preferred.
