MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ON-SITE ROLE IN NEWBERRY, SC.

This position is responsible for managing financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate product costing, managing budget adherence, and supporting inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements
Maintain general ledger and oversee procure-to-pay process
Conduct variance analysis and manage discretionary spending
Track capital expenditures and fixed assets
Lead and mentor accounting staff (1 direct report)
Support internal/external audits and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3-5+ years of cost accounting in manufacturing
3+ years in a supervisory or management role
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle JD Edwards, SAP) and MS Excel
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
