Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all accounting operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
Ensurepliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Manage financial risk and ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years ofbined accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Detailed knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Experience with crafting financial statements and general ledger functions.
Proficiency in accounting software and administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellentmunication and leadership abilities.
