Mission Assist the Business Controller in leading a lean administration process, providing both valuable information, company efficiency and risk control, for sustainable growth. Manage Accounting team to ensure proper and efficient procedures are being followed for accurate and timely reporting. Ongoing analysis of company processes and providing guidance on new or changing procedures

Roles and Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities:

Financial Analyst & Staff Accountant.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage the month end process and ensure GPS reporting meets corporate deadlines.
As needed backup the Business Controller for all other GPS reporting.
Assist in oversight of all accounting functions. Assist Business Controller to prepare annual budget and forecasts. Include rational for figures and work with management to understand any changes/impacts in business.
Review company processes, highlight issues and work to resolve with appropriate departments.
Support Various functions with cost analysis.
Analyze monthly activity, provide explanations for monthly results and understand root causes for GP, adjustments, overhead Variance and functional cost.
Review orders received and Help maintain OOH.
Responsible for the calculation of inventory provision and reviewing aging inventory with operations.
Perform ad hoc projects as needed for the Business Controller or General Manager.
Maintain accounting and marketing data in the ERP system. Communicate to all parties any updates. What you can expect from us? Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.
Ability to analyze results and apply critical thinking to resolve problems.
Strong computer skills including ERP and Microsoft Applications
Ability to follow corporate guidelines as per The Way We Do controls. City
