Key Player:
Own the budgeting, forecasting, and costing processes that fuel strategic decision-making. Your insights will drive this company to new heights. +
Month-End Mastery:
Lead the monthly close process and ensure the accuracy of financial statements that stakeholders trust. You’ll take ownership like never before. +
Capex Buildout Management:
Oversee capital expenditures and manage the financial logistics of our exciting buildout. You’ll play a crucial role in scaling the operation. +
KPI Strategist:
Design and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) that empower data-driven decisions and sustained growth. +
Dynamic & Collaborative Culture:
Work with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment to contribute ideas and solutions.
What You’ll Do:
+ Drive the month-end close process, ensuring all journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations are complete and timely. + Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide actionable insights to the leadership team. + Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, constantly evaluating financial performance against plans. + Focus on costing applications, ensuring accurate reporting for fixed and variable costs. + Oversee capital expenditure financial management tied to the company’s buildout project. + Develop KPIs and operational reports to guide strategic and operational decisions.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in financial leadership roles, ideally in a start-up or dynamic growth environment. +
Tech Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems. +
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). +
Mindset:
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and is passionate about building scalable financial processes. +
Bonus:
