The Candidate for Director of Finance should possess
- Excellent communication shills
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Experience in county accounting or finance with supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or two-year commensurate experience
- Certifications such as CPA, CGFM, or CMFO preferred but not required
- Have ethical office and business management experience
- Pass drug screen and background check upon hiring
