Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the President and collaborating closely with the CFO, the Controller will serve as a key financial leader within the organization. This hands-on role is responsible for full-cycle accounting, monthly financial reporting, payroll, commissions, budgeting, and forecasting. You’ll lead process improvements, oversee compensation analytics, and help design scalable financial infrastructure to support our growing global footprint. You’ll manage and mentor both onshore and offshore accounting staff, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and HR. The right candidate will bring both a sharp analytical mindset and a people-first leadership approach, someone who can move between the details and the big picture with ease.
Qualifications:
