This is more than just a tactical role. It’s a high-impact opportunity to partner closely with a supportive VP of Accounting & Finance, bring fresh ideas to the table, and lead real change across people, processes, and systems.

What You’ll Do:

Evaluate current-state accounting operations and help design a smarter, more scalable structure Streamline and improve the month-end close process Lead or support the integration of a new ERP system Strengthen internal controls and drive SOX compliance readiness Build out and refine accounting processes to better support business growth

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Strong process improvement mindset—you know how to spot inefficiencies and fix them Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations A collaborative approach—you’re just as comfortable building strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA is a must

$185,000.00 – $205,000.00 per year
