We’re seeking a Controller to join us. As the Controller you will work with one of our Practice Management teams at a large client of ours in Chattanooga, TN. What you’ll do: Oversee full organizational accounting operations Analyze financial performance against key business metrics Assist in the preparation and review of the monthly financial packages Manage the month-end close process, reviewing journal entries and ensuring business transactions are recorded appropriately Assist with tax request for the preparation of annual tax deliverables. Team Leadership to include development, performance management, and engagement of accounting staff and benefits coordinator Evaluating existing processes and recommend opportunities for improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness Assist and oversee ad-hoc projects, as required What you’ll bring to
Zotec:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Public accounting experience and CPA certification preferred Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience in financial management. Solid communication, technology, analytical, and management skills.
