Job Description
This search is being conducted by Steve Spinello. A mid-scale, Chattanooga manufacturer is seeking a Controller to manage the Accounting and Finance for the division. The Controller will manage the accounting department through month-end close, financial statement production, assisting with the board package, financial analysis, SOX compliance, and policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, including experience in manufacturing. A BS in Accounting/Finance is required. A CPA is preferred. Experience managing a team is required.
