Do you have experience in cost reports , 990s , and non-profit financial operations? Vice President of Finance Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, including reporting, audits, budgeting, compliance, and payroll. Control Medicare & Medicaid financial reporting, cost compliance, and reimbursement strategies. Run cost reports, tax filings, and ensure non-profit compliance, including preparation for the 990s. Present comprehensive financial reports to the Board and executive leadership team. Oversee affiliate financial and funding sources, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Vice President of Finance Qualifications CMA or CPA certification required ; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance. 10+ years of accounting experience (healthcare experience preferred), with 5+ years in leadership roles. Expertise in Medicare/Medicaid finance, cost reports, and non-profit financial operations. Knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office Suite, and a strong understanding of tax compliance for non-profits. Work & Travel Onsite role with 1 remote day/week. 2-3 short trips per month (PA, FL, KY). Full-time, Mon-Fri, occasional evenings/weekends.
