In this position, you’ll play a key role in guiding financial strategy, driving long-term planning, and aligning finance operations with the company’s growth objectives. This role includes leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, along with overseeing day-to-day accounting functions and leading the accounting team to success.
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
MUST have at least 5-10 years’ of experience (with 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry)
Proficient in ERP systems: QAD
Candidates MUST have prior Plant Controller experience to be considered

work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
Lead company-wide financial forecasting and planning, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
Oversee the annual budgeting process, working closely with departmental leaders to create realistic, growth-oriented budgets.
Provide regular financial forecasts and analyze variances to ensure business targets are met, offering solutions and adjustments as needed.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, with an emphasis on transparency and data integrity.
Manage relationships with auditors, ensuring successful internal and external audit processes.
Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity management to support strategic initiatives and ensure financial stability.
Evaluate financing needs and manage investment and funding strategies in collaboration with the Owner.
Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct financial risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering an environment of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. The essential functions of this role include:
