PM Salary Range:
$65,000 – $80,000 About the Role L&L Contractors, LLC is seeking a skilled and self-driven Financial Controller to oversee the financial health and integrity of our company. This key leadership role reports directly to the CEO and manages a small accounting team of two. In addition to managing all financial operations, this role also supports HR-related administrative functions and ensures compliance with financial regulations and licensing requirements. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day financial operations including cash flow and budgeting Provide management with accurate and comprehensive financial information to guide effective strategizing Perform month-end close and generate monthly financial reports for management Provide external auditors with the necessary documentation and support Ensure the organization meets the necessary tax, permit, and licensing requirements Process and post bi-weekly payrolls Stay current on tax and HR laws to ensure compliance Refine and improve internal accounting and HR procedures Oversee AP/AR, conduct performance reviews, and set team goals Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding
What We’re Looking For Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5+ years of accounting experience Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel Strong self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in the construction industry Payroll processing experience Familiarity with Tableau or other data tools Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Tech-savvy and comfortable with software implementation
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
