Compensation:

Base salary up to $140K with a 15%bonus plan (historically pays out at least 50% if not 100% of plan)

Lead a team of four accounting professionals Asthe Plant Controller , You will: Own all financial activities forthe division, including reporting, general ledger, AP, inventory,and cost accounting Deliver accurate and timely GAAP-compliantfinancial statements Drive budgeting and forecasting tied toproduction volumes and utilities using Excel based reporting Leadcost center analysis and operational cost accounting improvementsModernize accounting processes and foster continuous improvementCollaborate closely with the Corporate Controller and Plant GM tosupport strategic planning Mentor and develop a few reports on youraccounting team What We’re Looking for in a

Plant Controller :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)7-10 years of progressive accounting experience At least 2 years ofpeople management experience Solid expertise in plant-levelstandard manufacturing cost accounting This Plant Controller roleis ideal for a hands-on leader ready to bring clarity andconsistency to a key operation.
