What You’ll Do:

Lead and own the full-cycle monthlyand quarterly financial close process Drive improvements ininventory accounting practices across multiple locations Supportaudit readiness and lead the audit process alongside the ControllerContribute to and support the debt raise process with key financialdeliverables Partner on mergers and acquisitions—due diligence,integration, and reporting Build, manage, and mentor a growing teamof accounting professionals Drive process improvements to bringscalability to a rapidly growing business Collaboratecross-functionally to support the

Controller and CFO What You’llBring:

7 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in aleadership role Strong experience in inventory accounting(required) Proven ability to lead financial close end-to-end—notjust entries Experience working in or with private equity-backedcompanies preferred M&A experience preferred Strong knowledgeof GAAP, audit processes, and ERP systems Experience supportingdebt raises or similar financial transactions Ability to pivot inan evolving business and lead through ambiguity A collaborative,roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a team-first mindset Interestedin hearing more?
