One of our favorite client’s is looking to add a Director of Treasury to their growing finance team. This role is open to due to explosive growth/acquisitions, and reports into an awesome CFO. With 170 locations and 50 brands, this is a great opportunity for someone to build out a team and make it their own at a dynamic PE-backed healthcare company that is employee focused. The salary is up to $195,000 plus a 15% bonus.

RESPONSIBILITES OF THE DIRECTOR OF TREASURY
Lead day-to-day cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization across all entities and bank accounts. Build and mentor a high-performing treasury function aligned with the company’s growth trajectory. Develop and maintain dynamic short- and long-term cash forecasting models to support planning and strategic decision-making. Ensure sufficient liquidity to support operations, capital investments, and acquisitions. Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking partners, managing relationships, covenants, credit facilities, and fee structures. Oversee administration and optimization of debt facilities and credit agreements in coordination with the CFO. Evaluate and support capital structure planning, refinancing, and potential fundraising activities. Lead treasury systems, policies, and internal controls for accuracy, security, and compliance. Drive automation of treasury processes, including bank integrations, cash reporting, and payment platforms. Manage electronic funds transfers (ACH, wires), disbursements, and treasury-related audits or compliance reporting. Partner with Finance and FP&A on investment decisions, and acquisition funding strategies. Contribute to integration of acquired entities from a treasury and banking standpoint.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE DIRECTOR OF TREASURY
7+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience. Demonstrated success owning and building treasury functions at the corporate level. Strong understanding of cash flow modeling, treasury systems, banking products, debt structures, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. Experience operating in a private equity-backed or growth-stage company is highly desirable. #LI-RB1 #ZRCFS #
