Hospitality Property Controller Position Available In Williamson, Tennessee

Hospitality Property Controller KenBrook Staffing Inc. Franklin, TN 37067 Overview The Property Controller is responsible for the full cycle accounting for a portfolio of hotel properties.

Duties include:

preparing and maintaining accurate financial records by performing a variety of accounting tasks, applying accepted procedures to the preparation and maintenance of financial records, and preparing financial, statistical, and/or technical reports within the existing internal control framework.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monthly close procedures Preparation, detailed analysis, and reconciliation of: Financial statements, general ledgers, budgets, cash flow projections Perform daily activities such as posting daily sales and cash journal entries Provide accounting support to the portfolio’s managers Provide accurate and timely financial information to both internal and external stakeholders Assist with internal and external Audit requests Assist in meeting Tax Compliance including Monthly Sales Tax Filings Perform monthly bank reconciliations Complete ad hoc requests

$70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
