ABOUT THE COMPANY
One of our favorite client’s is looking to add a Vice President of FP&A to their growing finance team. This role is open to due to explosive growth/acquisitions, and reports into an awesome CFO. With 170 locations and 50 brands, this is a great opportunity for someone to build out a team and make it their own at a dynamic PE-backed healthcare company that is employee focused. This role is in and above the trenches. Must have PE experience and have overseen at least 80 locations. The salary is up to $250,000 plus a 20% bonus. Travel to Arizona twice a quarter for 2-3 days. Permanent direct hire.

RESPONSIBILITES OF THE VP OF FP&A
Manage corporate financial planning activities, including strategic planning, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, etc. Responsible for driving and monitoring financial performance, analyzing and interpreting operating results, investigating variances and unusual items; and evaluating their effect on operations. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and yearly results to executive leadership and stakeholders. Drive the financial planning process for monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and five-year strategic plan. Work closely with the various operators. Cross functional contribution. Driving standardization & process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning and reporting, including best practice sharing. Provide coaching & development to multiple direct reports. Assist with M&A due diligence and scenario modeling.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE VP OF FP&A
10+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience. Experience with big sets of data and communication with all levels. PE experience and overseeing at least 80 locations preferred. #LI-RB1 #ZRCFS #
