Permanent direct hire. Lebanon, TN. Overview of the

AssistantController Role:

The Assistant Controller role will not have anydirect reports initially and will be a key figure in day-to-dayaccounting, including journal entries, bank reconciliations,month-end close, and other tasks. Prepare monthly, quarterly, andannual P&L reviews and forecasts. Monitor cash flow metrics,primarily related to inventory, to ensure the division operates tomaximize cash while meeting profit and loss (P&L) targets.

Collaborate with division leadership to develop solutions thatoptimize cash flow and operating profit. Present a clear andconcise review of current and projected operating results toleadership. Assist with budget, forecasting, and inventoryaccounting. Set and manage customer pricing, develop the monthlyprice file, and assist in maintaining minimum profitabilityrequirements across the entire product line of goods and services.

Preferred Qualifications for the

Assistant Controller:

3 years ormore of accounting experience Ability to work onsite in LebanonBachelor Degree
