Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Specialist to join our team. In this role you’ll leverage your industry knowledge to assist in managing and expanding our commercial insurance book of business, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a book of commercial lines clients, focusing on retention and growth. Provide expert guidance to clients on risk assessment and recommend tailored insurance solutions. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive and comprehensive coverage. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge. Review and process renewals, endorsements and policy updates efficiently. Handle client inquiries, problem-solving, and proactively address any issues or concerns. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (Written and spoken) Prior experience in Commercial Lines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. High school diploma or equivalent.
