The role of Service Lane Assistant will serve as the liaison between the service advisors on the service lane and our customers. We are looking for someone who is well organized, self sufficient, hard working, and motivated.
This role will include:
Checking customers in and out of rental vehicles Answering the phones on the service lane Greeting unassisted customers Communicating daily updates to our customers Business Development Tasks This position is full time, hourly, Monday through Friday.
