Duties:

Participates in a training program to learn the primary aspects of rating property & casualty insurance Rates and issues all policy transactions within written authority for all commercial lines of business: Workers’ Compensation, Automobile, Property, General Liability and Umbrella Follows rating and procedure manuals to perform the basic functions for all transaction types: endorsements, new business, renewals, cancellations, rapid renewals, etc. Interprets written and verbal instructions from Underwriting and effectively communicates the decision-making process to ensure all transaction types are handled accurately Adheres to service level agreements to provide stakeholders with superior customer service

Qualifications:

Strong reading comprehension for safety rules, instructions, and manuals Clear written and verbal communication skills Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages Ability to interpret data and graphs Problem-solving skills with written, verbal, or visual instructions Comfortable with software, operating systems, phones, and digital tools Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 6-12 months of related experience/training Think this could be the right fit for you?
