Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Insurance Agency Assistant to support our Personal and Commercial Lines Account Managers. This role focuses on assisting with quoting and remarketing new business opportunities across various carriers and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Account Managers with quote input Enter and update data in carrier systems and rating platforms. Support remarketing efforts for existing policies by obtaining comparative quotes.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in an insurance agency or underwriting environment is preferred. Working knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

$25/hour. Potential for long-term growth within the agency if desired.
