Your duties as a Medical Assistant – Modality Technician would include: Delivering modality treatments to patients (training provided on delivering each specific treatment). Ensuring all of the proper consent forms are signed by each patient Entering all notes into each patient chart for all treatments Following up with all patients to ensure each patient follows their treatment schedule Performing the set up and clean up checklists on the equipment to prepare for patient use Education and/or

Experience:

Graduate of Highschool/GED or equivalent 1 + years experience as Medical Assistant Familiarity of medical terminology Intermediate computer skills The ability to study and learn quickly Superior communication and patient service skills

Language Skills:

Must speak English. Any other language is a plus. Must have excellent interactive communication skills, making patients feel comfortable and at-ease.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, must be able to stand for periods up to 7 hours at a time caring for patients and assisting the doctor.

Hours:

This is a full-time hourly position with a 37.5-hour work week in the office, Monday-8:00-5:00 Tues-Thurs.- 8:45-5:00 Friday-8:45-4:00 We offer a full benefits package which includes: PTO, Paid Holidays, Insurance Benefits and Employee Discounts.
