Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Therapeutic Manager at Walton Academy for Growth and Change in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. ✨ Located near the white sand beaches of Northwest Florida in DeFuniak Springs – At Walton Academy, we provide residential treatment to improving the lives of at-risk male youth through mental health and substance abuse services. We offer skills and opportunities to our youth from Carpentry/Home Building Institute, sports to Culinary Arts. We offer clinical supervision to qualified applicants.

This position reports to the Clinical Director.
To be considered you should:
+ Have a master’s degree or better. + Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB Test. Schedule/ 5 days a week to include a weekend day.
