OMH/OASAS
outpatient clinic setting. In this position, you will: Responsible for person centered treatment planning and implementation of therapeutic group therapy programming. Provide individual and group treatment using creative arts therapy techniques in music, art, and dance. Plan and implement a structured experience to enhance patient self-awareness and self-expression. Encourage independent creative expression through the use of creative arts, music or related media. Maintain current clinical documentation on all patients’ sessions.
We require:
Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy. NYS Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, or limited permit. Minimum of one (1) year related experience, preferred. Experience providing art and other creative activities. New hires must become members of 1199 SEIU United Healthcare Workers East within 30 days of hire. We look forward to talking with you!
