High Focus Centers in Paoli is seeking a Full-Time Therapist to join our specialized eating disorder treatment team, supporting adolescent and adult clients. This is an opportunity to work in a structured, compassionate environment where your clinical expertise helps individuals achieve meaningful, lasting recovery from eating disorders and related mental health challenges.
Depending on experience and program needs, this position may focus on adolescents, adults, or both within our outpatient levels of care (PHP/IOP).

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate eating disorder-specific group therapy sessions, including process, psychoeducation, and skill-building groups.
Provide individual and family therapy, supporting clients in developing healthier relationships with food, body image, and self.
Conduct Level of Care Assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
Develop and maintain individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Participate in daily or weekly clinical team meetings to review progress and coordinate care with dietitians, psychiatrists, and nursing staff.
Ensure timely, accurate documentation in compliance with all licensing and insurance guidelines.
Foster a safe, therapeutic environment that supports client engagement and recovery.
Support clients through challenges such as meal support sessions and body image work.
Perform additional clinical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.
Completion of a clinically focused internship is required.
Experience working with eating disorders or strong interest in specialized training in this area.
Experience with either adolescent or adult populations is required.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices for eating disorder treatment (e.g., CBT-E, DBT, FBT, ACT) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment setting.
