Monday
- Thursday, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM or 1:00 PM-9:00 PM; daytime hours on Friday (In-Person)
Salary:
$50,000
- $55,000 per year (based on experience and credentials) High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a leading provider of outpatient treatment services for adults struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Our evidence-based programs and dedicated team of professionals are committed to guiding individuals on their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Counselor/Therapist to join our Evening Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. If you’re passionate about substance use treatment and enjoy working in a structured outpatient setting, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate group therapy sessions for adults in the evening IOP program. Conduct intake assessments and Level of Care Assessments as needed. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and clinical staff. Provide support for transition planning and outpatient aftercare. Maintain ongoing communication with families and outside providers (as appropriate). Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate client care. Ensure timely documentation of clinical services and insurance reviews. Assist with collection of client co-pays when needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related human services field (with clinical internship completed).
