FlexStaff is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our client’s team as an Entry-Level Orthotic Fitter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in a healthcare career who enjoys hands-on work with patients in a clinical setting. We are seeking a PTA or an Athletic Trainer for this role, no certification is required to start, with the opportunity to become certified as an Orthotic Fitter, which will include a compensation increase. • Monday Through Friday Schedule that will vary, so you must be flexible

• Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with fitting and adjusting prefabricated orthotic devices, such as braces and supports, under the supervision of a certified clinician
• Educate patients on proper use, care, and wear schedules for orthotic devices
• Support clinical staff with patient intake, documentation, and follow-up care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care and fitting areas
• Ensure inventory and supplies are adequately stocked and organized
• Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, and position orthotic equipment and assist patients as needed
• Previous experience in healthcare is a plus but not required

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Athletic Trainers (ATC)
• Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)
• Physical Therapy Aides
• Students or graduates of Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related fields
