Lead Athletic Trainer, Full Time, Days – AMG Orthopedics – Rockaway Position Available In [Unknown county], New Jersey

Assist and lead goals, objectives for all residents, presentations, their schedules. Organize, schedules and attend all reading lectures, set up physician lectures, meet directors of other programs, schedule symposiums, Acts as a SME and lead to the athletic trainers within the department Helps to develop and mentor other athletic trainers on the team Develop ATC support workflows methodologies, evaluations, research projects, manage patient discharge; Develops a policy and procedure manual for the athletic training program to ensure compliance with standards of good practice and all relevant rules and regulations. Handle all, requisitions, interviews, payments, product inventory and other administrative functions as assigned. Conduct all Athletic Trainer clinical tasks as assigned. Delivers treatment and care to patients under the supervision of the physician. Promotes, develops, and implements safety and injury prevention measures. Provides appropriate injury assessment and care, making referrals to other treatment providers as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS

B.S. Degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program Master’s degree in science Licensed ATC state of
