Pivot Onsite Innovations has an immediateneed for an experienced and passionate Industrial Athletic Trainerat our client’s site in Mountain, Top, PA. This position offers anopportunity to work at a dynamic worksite and make an impact onemployee health, wellness, and safety!

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday7am

  • 3:30pm, Wednesday 8am
  • 4pm, Thursday 9am
  • 4pm and Friday6am
  • 2pm!

JobSummary:

The Industrial Athletic Trainer will plan, coordinate, andsupervise all components of a worksite injury management and healthimprovement program for employees. Unique skills of an IndustrialAthletic Trainer include a focus on injury prevention andevaluation, ergonomic risk assessments and corrective actionplanning, OSHA emergency/first aid treatment, health education, andworksite health promotion and marketing activities.

PositionResponsibilities:

Perform comprehensive wellness assessments andergonomic risk analyses Develop and implement site-specificwellness initiatives and programs Use innovative, creativesolutions and employee empowerment to design and implementergonomic interventions Provide first-aid treatment and managementfor musculoskeletal complaints including the use of ice, heat,wellness stretches, massage, tape techniques, and non-rigid bracingProvide orthopedic injury assessments. As per the state practiceact, this position does not provide rehabilitation services, butwill participate in education and injury prevention Coordinate andimplement treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercise,modalities, and work conditioning as necessary Perform dataanalysis and execute administrative tasks including, but notlimited to, collection of data, completion of forms, documentingpatient files, and generating reports for return on investment andbudgets Create an environment of trust and care, allowing workersto take responsibility to reduce or eliminate actions under theircontrol that contribute to injury and illness Communicate regularlywith safety personnel regarding rehab and injury preventionactivities and be a patient advocate for non-occupational injuriesAttend meetings and serve on committees as requested by clientOpportunity to author articles for various newsletters and thecompany Intranet site as needed Position may require proof of

Position Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor’sdegree in related field Board of Certification (BOC) certifiedState licensure/certification Current First Aid/CPR/AEDcertification Willing to travel to various client locations Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships withclient and employees

Preferred:

Minimum of two (2) years ofathletic training experience Knowledge of OSHA Recordability andworker’s compensation Proficient with Microsoft Office Previousergonomic/occupational health experience

Salaried ranges listed are for full time (40 hour) employees.

Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends aresubject to the rules of each program and may not be available inall locations. Individual base pay depends on various factors, inaddition to primary work location, such as complexity andresponsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevantexperience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typicallyupdated each year. Offers are made within the base pay rangeapplicable at the time.

USD $63,000.00/Yr.
