Responsibilities:

As an Early Intervention Specialistyou will be responsible for interfacing with office and industrialclients to assess employee health status and create anindividualized plan for improvement.

Through observation of employeework performance, assess body mechanics, determine risk and createa plan for mitigation.

Perform and document all employee treatmentswithin the workplace efficiently and completely with a strongability to integrate feedback through coaching for continuousimprovement.

Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain tofirst aid (29 CFR 1904.7)Proactively address discomfort througheducation and job-specific coaching with the goal of eliminatingcontributions to the injury.

Assist with medical surveillancetesting and clinic operations.

Assist to identify, develop, andprovide employee health education and training on wellness anddisease prevention topics to optimize the health of thepopulation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degreeor Master’s Degree in

Athletic TrainingOther Qualified Disciplines:

Associates degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelors’ degree inExercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2years experience in a Military healthcaresettingDiscipline-specific license or certification asappropriateBasic Life Support and AED CertificationBOC certified oreligible to sit for BOC preferred#
