Certified Athletic Trainer- Sports Medicine Position Available In Putnam, Tennessee

Experience is preferred but new graduates are acceptable.
Job Description
The Certified Athletic Trainer is responsible for the prevention, care, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. The athletic trainer serves as a primary resource for sports medicine education and delivery of these responsibilities through community outreach and hospital programs, coverage of athletic events, and assisting with clinical and physician services. The ATC may also have responsibilities in the outpatient therapy clinic. All ATC’s are required to have clinical competency for adolescent and adult age groups.
Education:
Bachelors Degree or greater in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine or related field required. Candidate must have current licensure or be eligible to apply for licensure in the state of Tennessee. Candidate must have Certification through National Athletic Trainer’s Association.
Experience:
Experience preferred but new graduates are acceptable.
