Contract This position is for a dedicated professional with expertise in behavior analysis to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Birmingham, AL. Qualifications:
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children, particularly in educational settings
Strong knowledge of behavioral strategies and interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other professionals
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Implement and oversee the delivery of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs
Train and support staff in behavioral techniques and data collection methods
Monitor student progress and adjust BIPs as needed
Communicate regularly with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams regarding student outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements
