Friday Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team for the current school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with autism or behavioral disorders. Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support and skill-building sessions. Collect data on student behavior and progress towards individualized goals.
Qualifications:
Active RBT license. Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred. Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Ability to follow behavior plans and data collection procedures accurately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
