Colchester, CT 06415 Job Description We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in our supportive and structured clinic-based setting —no travel or driving required! As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). No experience or RBT certification required — paid, on-the-job training is provided. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and launch your career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Perfect for Students and BCBA Candidates This role is especially suited for students currently pursuing a degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field , as well as BCBA candidates . We provide supervision hours and mentoring to support your path toward BCBA certification. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic setting Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBAs Collect and input data accurately on client behaviors and progress Participate in team meetings and training sessions Maintain a positive, professional, and ethical presence in the clinic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (especially in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related fields) Strong passion for working with children and making a difference Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must be dependable, punctual, and professional No driving or in-home visits — all sessions are held at our clinic What We Offer Paid training and support to obtain your RBT certification BCBA supervision hours available for eligible candidates Clinic-only schedule – no travel required Flexible scheduling to support school commitments Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career growth within the organization Join Our Team If you’re ready to start a meaningful career in ABA and prefer a consistent, clinic-based environment, we’d love to hear from you.
