Colchester, CT 06415 Job Description We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in our supportive and structured clinic-based setting —no travel or driving required! As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). No experience or RBT certification required — paid, on-the-job training is provided. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and launch your career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Perfect for Students and BCBA Candidates This role is especially suited for students currently pursuing a degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field , as well as BCBA candidates . We provide supervision hours and mentoring to support your path toward BCBA certification.
