We have an amazing opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a supportive, exciting, and quickly growing team! Position(s): BCBA for either Southington or West Hartford and surrounding areas Telehealth and in-person hybrid position.
Requirements:
Up-To-Date BCBA certification and board certified
Schedule:
A hybrid of morning and late afternoon/evening hours. Some weekend hours may be needed on occasion.
Role:
Managing own case load Supervising a team Developing programs Monitoring/analyzing progress Conducting assessments Performing staff/parent training Providing a large majority of the services in-home Running social skills/emotional regulation groups
