Our practice specializes in working with individuals diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder. We provide ABA services in the home and/or community settings to individuals from childhood through adulthood to address educational and life skill acquisition programs, behavior improvement programs, and parent coaching. We also offer school based support to conduct assessments, develop plans, or offer in-home services to help children return to the school setting. We pride ourselves on our integrity of services and the continuity of care provided to our families. We are seeking committed and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team of highly supported ABA providers on a full time basis. The BCBA’s central location is in Brookfield, CT and neighboring towns. The primary responsibilities of the role is to supervise a caseload of clients. While experience is preferred, we do offer supervision to those who are interested in pursuing their BCBA certificate and are currently enrolled in an ABA program or have recently completed one. We value providing our staff the necessary time, support and tools to be successful with the families and agencies they work with.
As a BCBA you will:
Complete assessments and develop individualized behavior plans, or implement as designed and trained by the supervising BCBA. Ability to supervise and model treatment procedures for therapists and stakeholders. Measure and provide summary of ongoing progress monitoring. Strong analytical skills to collect data, graph, and make data informed decisions. Complete timely and accurate clinical notes. Ability to work cooperatively with others across interdisciplinary teams. Model and maintain compliance with both the Companies policies and procedures as well as the BACB’s ethical code.
Job requirements:
Valid BCBA certificate from the BACB, or currently enrolled in an ABA Masters program. Reliable transportation to travel up to a 30 mile radius. Have availability to work at least two evening hours a week. Complete and pass a criminal background check. Must be able to work a flexible schedule around the needs of clients. Locations can vary from in-home, clinic, and/or school based assignments.
