We are opening a second CT location in Norwalk in June 2025 and are looking for a BCBA to join our team!

BCBA:
compensation is $75-95k/year base salary (negotiable based on experience), excluding bonus and benefits. Bonus and benefits include : Annual bonus Five (5) weeks vacation to start: 10 days off for holidays; 80 hours of PTO accrued annually; 40 hours of Sick Pay accrued annually. Additional PTO increases with tenure. Flexibility on work-from-home (“WFH”) days Medical insurance (health, dental, and vision) paid by company: great Anthem BCBS plans available 401(k), matching up to 4% Company-sponsored monthly CEUs, BLS/CPR certification & QBS Safety-Care certification; new laptop provided Performance Review every six (6) months This position is 40 hours/week, exclusively center-based, with great work/life balance, increasing compensation over time, and increasing PTO following your first year. The model combines the most effective methods of ABA science, a fun, safe, and collaborative environment, community outings, and a high degree of parent involvement to children with ASD. Our goal is to teach valuable life skills that help our clients become productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately improving their overall quality of life. Responsibilities include : Flexibility to take on additional tasks/responsibilities as needed
Work In Center:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. Includes a daily 60-minute lunch break taken at your discretion. In practice the hours are closer to 8:00am-4:00pm. Conduct Assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS/AFLS, Vineland, etc.) Create Individualized, research-based client programs Analyze client progress and update programs as needed Conduct weekly Parent Training meetings and progress updates Supervise BTs, RBTs, Trainer(s), and Intern(s) Safety Management Conduct monthly staff check-ins and session note checks Attend biweekly individual BCBA meeting and biweekly Group BCBA meeting (both with Clinical Director) Attend monthly company-wide staff meeting and quarterly “In-Service” staff trainings Attend monthly group & individual virtual training with our franchisor
Qualifications:

CEO :
Michael comes from a family background of healthcare practitioners: his father (now retired) was a radiologist for nearly 40 years; his mother was a nurse in the ’70s and ’80s; his sister is an OBGYN & her husband is a pediatric anesthesiologist; he has four aunts who were nurses; and his wife is an LCSW (mental health therapist). With ASD increasingly diagnosed, Michael understands the importance of ABA therapy, particularly at the early intervention stage, and is committed to building the highest quality ABA centers where there is a sincere commitment to delivering exceptional results to clients/families, maintaining best practices in the industry, retaining talented employees, & cultivating their professional development.
