We offer clinic and school-based services (no in-home) in the Danbury Ct area and are looking for a BCBA that shares our values. PSC specializes in Practical Functional Assessment and Skills Based Treatment and will provide training to experienced, motivated BCBAs who want to learn more about compassionate, evidence-based services and be part of a team that is making a difference in the lives of children. Practical Skills Clinic offers small caseloads and a pleasant work/life balance. We believe in putting the interests of clients and staff over profits. We are not an agency that will hand over a caseload on day 1 and expect you to jump in. We want someone who can acclimate with our team, families, and procedures with fidelity and grow with the company while maintaining the integrity of the services we are currently providing. No nights or weekends are required. Ability to establish respectful, meaningful relationships with staff, parents and clients

Mobility:

ability to move from seated to standing position as the desires of the client mandate, to circulate for extended periods of time, and to lift/carry up to 25 pounds

Communication:

ability to communicate so that others can clearly understand normal conversation, and to hear and understand spoken English at normal conversational volume

Vision:
