About Us:
We are a new ABA provider with a rapidly growing client base. We are looking for individuals excited to face the challenges of growing a new business and reaping the rewards of those challenges along the way. Salary is negotiable based on experience and credentials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA.
