ONLY IF YOU ARE A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Responsibilities:

Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and functional analyses Design and implement function driven behavior plans and supervise behavior analytic interventions Develop and implement appropriate assessment and intervention methods Teach others to carry out ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions based on published research and design and deliver instruction in behavior analysis. Provide on-going training to caregivers On-going monitoring and evaluation of all behavioral objectives

Language and Social Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, parents, school and medical personnel and the community-at-large. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive communications. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
